Silla film crew arrives in Quang Tri

On the morning of July 30, at Dong Hoi Airport, Quang Tri Tourism Promotion Center organized a reception for the Indian film crew Silla to Quang Tri.

The Silla film project is a film produced and managed by Rahul Bali, CEO of Innovations India, India, a well-known producer in the Bollywood film industry. One of the main objectives of this film is to promote tourism in India and Vietnam.

The film crew will film scenes in Son Doong Cave, Phong Nha, Tan Hoa, Tu Lan, and Hang Tien in August. In addition, the film will also be filmed in many other locations in Vietnam such as Cao Bang, Quang Ninh, and Ninh Binh.

This is also an opportunity to develop tourism through film supply services, combining the cultural industry of film supply and tourism development; promoting the culture, land and people of Quang Tri – a land known as a sacred land, a place with heroic memories and majestic nature.

SILAA is a romantic action film with many thrilling scenes and eye-catching scenes. The film brings together an Indian cast such as Harshvardhan Rane, Sadia Khateeb and Karanveer Mehra.

The total budget for the film is about 4 million USD (more than 100 billion VND). The film is expected to be released globally in 2026. In India, it will be shown in about 1,000 theaters with an estimated audience of about 8 million people, and the film’s images will be widely introduced on digital platforms and media in India.

With the scale of the multi-billion dollar Bollywood film industry, its influence on Indians is huge, so promoting tourism through the film will reach hundreds of millions of viewers, potentially boosting the growth of Indian tourists to Quang Tri in the coming time.
