DAY 1: DONG HA STATION – TRUONG SON MARTYRS CEMETERY – QUANG TRI ANCIENT CITADEL – HIEN LUONG BRIDGE – BEN HAI RIVER – VINH MOC TUNNEL (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Morning Netin Travel’s car and tour guide will pick you up at Dong Ha Station. You will have breakfast and take care of personal hygiene at the restaurant.

Then the group will depart to visit historical sites in Quang Tri.

8:30 The group will visit Truong Son Martyrs’ Cemetery – One of the largest and most famous martyrs’ cemeteries in Vietnam. There are currently more than 10,333 graves of martyrs resting here.

9:30 You will continue to visit Quang Tri Ancient Citadel. This place was once associated with the resistance war of our army and people, especially the fierce battle that lasted 81 days and nights between the forces of the Liberation Army of South Vietnam and the alliance of the US Army – the Army of the Republic of Vietnam with maximum support from heavy artillery, gunboats and B-52 bombers of the US army.

11:00: The next destination on the journey, you will visit Hien Luong Bridge – Ben Hai River. This was the border that divided Vietnam into North and South during the 21-year war. You can freely enjoy the scenery, listen to the tour guide tell stories about this place and take the most beautiful photos.

12:00 The car takes you back to the restaurant for lunch and free time.

14:00 Visitors come to visit Vinh Moc Tunnels. Vinh Moc Tunnels are recognized as a historical relic of Vietnam. Inside the tunnels, there are three wells, a hall (with a capacity of 50 people), an infirmary, a maternity home, a surgical station, Hoang Cam kitchen, a rice warehouse, a telephone station…

16:00 The group moves to Dong Hoi City, checks in at the hotel, and rests.

Evening You have dinner at the restaurant and then freely explore Dong Hoi at night

DAY 2: DONG HOI – PARADISE CAVE – PHONG NHA CAVE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

You have breakfast at the hotel, check out of the hotel.

8:00 The group departs along the legendary Ho Chi Minh trail to the West, arriving at Thien Duong Cave. With a total length of 31.4km – the longest dry cave in Asia today, you will visit and admire the first 1km on the wooden floor bridge system with the beauty of magical stalactites and stalagmites. You will take photos at Thien Duong Cave. After visiting 1km in Thien Duong Cave, visitors will return to the original pick-up point.

12:00 The group will have lunch at the restaurant.

13:30 The group will depart to visit Phong Nha Cave, the most typical cave in terms of beauty in Phong Nha-Ke Bang Heritage with 7 outstanding global criteria voted by the British Royal Cave Association. This is the only cave with an underground river in Vietnam that is currently exploited for tourism.

You will visit: Bi Ky Cave, Tien Cave, Cung Dinh Cave, and explore the first 1.2km of Phong Nha underground river by canoe.

17:00 The group returns to the homestay to check in and rest.

Evening The car picks up the group for dinner at the restaurant.

The group stays overnight at the homestay and explores Phong Nha at night.

DAY 3: VISIT THE GRAVE OF GENERAL VO NGUYEN GIAP – LIEU HANH TEMPLE – TRAIN STATION SEE-OFF (Breakfast, lunch)

You have breakfast and check out of the hotel.

After breakfast and rest, the group departs for Vung Chua – Yen Island to visit the tomb of General Vo Nguyen Giap. Upon arrival, you will burn incense and pay respects at the tomb of the General. After that, the group is free to visit and take souvenir photos. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore and visit the scenic spots of Vung Chua – Yen Island, standing on the top of Tho Son looking out to the sea and sky, the space here is peaceful and airy, you can partly feel the reason why the General chose this place to rest in peace.

The group will go to Deo Ngang to walk up to Hoanh Son Quan Heaven Gate, a national historical site. The tour guide will introduce the majestic and long-standing history of Hoanh Son Quan. The place witnessed many wars such as Trinh Nguyen conflict, Champa Au Lac …

After visiting Deo Ngang, visitors will go down to the foot of the mountain to visit the temple of Holy Mother Lieu Hanh. A unique architectural – artistic – religious relic imbued with Vietnamese folk beliefs.

12:30 Lunch at the restaurant.

After lunch, the group rests and departs for Dong Hoi.

The car and tour guide take the group on a city tour of Dong Hoi. The group visits Ho Chi Minh Square, Quang Binh Museum, Luy Thay, Mother Suot Monument, Dong Hoi Market, Quang Binh Quan, Tam Toa Church, ….

And goes to buy specialties as gifts for relatives (customers pay for themselves), then takes the group to Dong Hoi station, says goodbye to guests. End of the 3-day-2-night Quang Binh – Quang Tri tour program.
